10 C 6-301.14: A sign or poster that notifies FOOD EMPLOYEES to wash their hands shall be provided at all HANDWASHING SINKS used by FOOD EMPLOYEES and shall be clearly visible to FOOD EMPLOYEES.
The hand washing sink in the customer area does not have a hand washing sign. Provide a hand washing sign at every hand washing sink and maintain by the next routine inspection. Repeat
33 C 3-501.11: Stored frozen FOODS shall be maintained frozen.
Foods stored in the freezer were not solid and were about 30 degrees. Repair the freezer so that it holds food in a frozen state and maintain by the next routine inspection.
50 PF 5-103.11 (B): (B) Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.
There is no hot water available throughout the facility. Make repairs so that hot water is available at all sinks. - (Correct By: Jul 10, 2023)

Observed the mop stored in the mop bucket in soiled water. Store mops in a fashion that allows then to air dry and maintain by the next routine inspection.
Inspection Comments   MOST HOLD HOLDING EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED. ONLY BREAKFAST SANDWICHES ARE HELD IN THE MORNING IN THE SMALL WARMING UNIT.
